School visits

Today we visitesd three schools, two primary and one secondary! The first school we visited today was full of the cutest kids ive ever seen!! It was very difficult to see the conditions that the children had to learn in. Even though these conditions were so horrifying the children still had the will to come to school and get an education! The younger ones didnt understand us, but they still were really excited to see us. They greeted us with traditional zulu dancing and beautiful singing with astounding harmony! Not one kid was off pitch! WOW!!! : 0 The bathrooms were in really bad conditions, meaning we had to hold our pee! Everybody at the schools were very welcoming and friendly! They are the kindest people that you could ever encounter! Love emily and mere-- SHOUT OUT to JULIE and her drug town smock!! ya look good!

  3. Kris, MH and Tammie are all here at 1200. 'Hi' to everyone! Tammie has a special message to Henry: 'Send the &@$# video.' Tammie also reports that ticket sales for Thursday have surpassed 100 (101 is the count) and more are coming in. (Tammie is amazing, no?) We are all going to the play on Thursday and look forward to seeing everyone's smiling face on the big screen at the Jungle. You all will there, right? :) Love to all!

  4. Greetings from Lisa and Mike! I found myself laughing hilariously as I read the various accounts of your recent adventures (and thanking God that I am not there to experience the flat tires and flying hubcaps)! Not to mention that I don't have a clue how to change a tire and wouldn't really enjoy fighting with barbed wire. It sounds like you are having an incredible experience already - it just gets better and better! We wish you safe travels and very cool adventures. Love, Lisa and Mike

  5. Ahhhh, the memories of Julie and Colette in their matching and very flattering Drugtown smocks.....Thanks for the colorful and newsy updates. I am surprised to hear that Barb hit a pothole and caused 2 flat tires - I thought I was the only one who could do that. From the sounds of things, the gifts of love and joy are being both given and received. Continued blessings as you travel and touch. Much love from up North, Mary (Colette and Barb's older sister & Meredith's Mom)
